As can be seen above, the watch has a black plastic ‘cap’ for want of a better expression, attached to the watch body.
Close up examination reveals that this cap, still has the pin inserted into it and the cap from the band is still attached …

This pin, is the only thing keeping the cap attached to the watch body
Once this pin is removed …

The black plastic will come away from the watch body and you will be able to replace the band normally …
IF the black plastic remains on the watch body, you will NOT be able to attach/insert the new band … it simply will not fit …
