1. Charge using an AC wall adapter, and remove any excess activities.
- The files on your head unit can become corrupted when too many activities are stored (e.g. more than 20)
- Removing excess activities will prevent this - less than 10 activities is our recommendation
2. Update the firmware in your head unit and any other connected devices.
Firmware updates and removing activities fixes MOST things. USB drivers may well be at play as the problem, but that is more rare than a blue moon.
